Bringing together some of the best young talent that New York City has to offer. Their debut recording, Untold Stories, documents a well-crafted group sound rarely found in music today. These compositions are brought to life by the musicians subtlety, virtuosity and interplay. Saxophonist Seamus Blake is one of the most respected players of his generation and brings a vibrant and poetic sensibility to the group. Bassist Carlo DeRosa and drummer Mark Ferber have been playing with Allen for many years and bring a common language of creativity and intensity to each piece.

Guitarist and Composer Dave Allen has been praised by critics as "an exciting and unique player in the mold of Pat Metheny, Ben Monder and Adam Rogers. Fantastic technique, a strong melodic sense, great compositions". At the age of 16 years old, Allen was recognized by Guitar Player Magazine as a talent to watch. Born in Philadelphia, Allen moved to New York to attend the Manhattan School of Music and developed is his career there over the past 25 years. His critically acclaimed recordings have been written about in the New York Times, Downbeat Magazine, Jazz Times Magazine and All About Jazz. He has performed and toured with his own projects throughout the U.S., Europe and Asia and worked with many of the most respected musicians in jazz today.

Premier Tables:
The best seats in the house positioned directly in front of the performance stage (marked dark blue on the seating map).

Standard Tables:
Clear and unobstructed views of stage (marked purple on the seating map). A few tables have a partially obstructed view (marked light blue on the seating map).

Cocktail & Bar Area:
Seating at high-top tables and at the bar area available on a first come, first seated basis (marked green on the seating map). Tables may be shared for sold out shows. Two TV monitors with live video feed of the performance are conveniently located above the bar and cocktail areas.

Festival seating is our general admission ticket. The entire venue or a portion of the venue may be designated for festival admission. These tickets will guarantee you a seat for the show and you are free to sit anywhere in the venue based on a "first come, first seated" basis.
