Baby Blue Sound Collective / Fundraiser for Music Therapy at CHOP

Founded in 2008, Baby Blue Sound Collective (BBSC) is an international ensemble of musician-physicians and other healthcare professionals who perform and record in support of pediatric cardiac charities. The group currently brings together 19 musicians from the United States, Australia, and Europe, including five CHOP alumni. Its members include cardiologists, cardiac surgeons, intensive care specialists, nurses, and therapists, all united by a shared love of music and a commitment to helping children with heart disease and the organizations that support them.

Over the years, BBSC has performed in cities across the United States as well as in Europe, Asia, Australia, and Africa. Their repertoire is wide-ranging and eclectic, spanning jazz, R&B, pop, rock, funk, blues, and original compositions. Known for its high-energy performances and mission-driven spirit, BBSC truly embodies “music with purpose.”
